Individual Rates for 2010

Per night: (Mexican Pesos)

  • $1,500. per person - single occupancy w/ interior bath
  • $1,200. per person - double occupancy w/ interior bath
  • $1,200. per person - single occupancy w/ exterior bath
  • $ 900. per person - double occupancy w/ exterior bath
  • $ 800. per child - Ages 3-12 when staying with parent
  • $ No charge - for children under 3 years

* 10-person minimum for group rates

Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year's and Easter

  • $1,650 per person - single occupancy w/ interior bath
  • $1,350 per person - double occupancy w/ interior bath
  • $1,350 per person - single occupancy w/ exterior bath
  • $1,050 per person - double occupancy w/ exterior bath
  • $ 950 per child - Ages 3-12 when staying with parent
  • $ No charge - for children under 3 years

Notes

We can arrange transfers to Casa Sagrada from the airport or the city center for an additional cost.

All incidentals y extra services at Casa Sagrada can be paid in cash (pesos or dollars) or credit card. No travelers checks accepted

Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum 2 nights stay.
  • A valid Visa, Master Card or American Express card is required to secure your reservation.
  • The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Casa Sagrada Vacation Retreat cannot be held liable for any circumstances which do not allow for arrival and use of reserved accommodations.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 2 months prior to scheduled arrival date for which there is a $50 USD charge per person.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 2 months before scheduled arrival, your card will be charged for the first nights room rate.
  • If the reservation is canceled 2 weeks or less before scheduled arrival, your card will be charged for the full amount.
  • If a no-show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reserved days.
  • Payment is for the original length of the reservation. If any reservation changes occur, i.e. arriving later or leaving earlier than booked there will be no refund or credit issued.
  • Final and full payment will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival to the credit card originally provided.
  • No cancellation refund is possible during:
    Day of The Dead Oct 28 - Nov 3, Christmas and
    New Years Dec 21 - Jan 4 and Easter.
