Notes

We can arrange transfers to Casa Sagrada from the airport or the city center for an additional cost.

All incidentals at Casa Sagrada must be paid in cash (pesos or dollars) or travelers checks. No credit card purchases are available onsite. Extra services, tours, beverages & store purchases can be added to your room bill.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 2 nights stay.
A valid Visa, Master Card or American Express card is required to secure your reservation.
The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Casa Sagrada Vacation Retreat cannot be held liable for any circumstances which do not allow for arrival and use of reserved accommodations.
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 months prior to scheduled arrival date for which there is a $50 USD charge per person.
If the reservation is canceled less than 2 months before scheduled arrival, your card will be charged for the first nights room rate.
If the reservation is canceled 2 weeks or less before scheduled arrival, your card will be charged for the full amount.
If a no-show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reserved days.
Payment is for the original length of the reservation. If any reservation changes occur, i.e. arriving later or leaving earlier than booked there will be no refund or credit issued.
Final and full payment will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival to the credit card originally provided.
No cancellation refund is possible during:
Day of The Dead Oct 28 - Nov 3, Christmas and
New Years Dec 21 - Jan 4 and Easter.
